Kasie Jones

Position : Midfield

Kasie is a local lad who at 16 years old was promoted from our youth team in 2017-18 after some standout early-season performances and an extended run of training with the senior squad.

He signed Hallmark Security League forms on Saturday, September 2nd 2017.

Central midfield player Kasie had impressed the Linnets' management team not just with his ability but also his maturity for someone so young.

Kasie had arrived at his hiome town club in the summer of 2017 from Crewe Alexandra as the Linnets' newly-formed Youth side geared up for entry into the West Cheshire League.

The teenager was a prominent member of the Linnets Youth team which was selected en bloc to represent Runcorn & District FA in Cheshire FA's Inter District Youth tournament.

As a result, he was among three Linnets players earning county selection, the other call-ups going to Luke Cawley and Eden Gumbs.

After making four senior appearances, two of them off the bench, in early 2017-18, Kasie returned to the first team picture in the build-up to the 2018-19 campaign, signing an EVO-STIK League registration two days before the start of our warm-up programme.

Runcorn Linnets would like to thank Blinds 4 You who has kindly sponsored Kasie Jones. Why not visit their website at http://www.blinds4youwarrington.co.uk/.
