Gary Grier

Position : -Midfield

Gary is a promising young midfield player who signed for the club on the final day of July after appearing in our last two pre-season friendlies, scoring in the first of these against visiting Skelmerdale United.

He put pen to paper after the 4-4 draw at Prescot Cables which brought the curtain down on our on-pitch preparations for the 2016-17 campaign.

Gary joined the Linnets from Evo-Stik League Premier Division side, Marine on a dual registration.

He left The Millbank in September 2017 to join fellow Hallmark Security League club Atherton LR.
